Tutorial – Member Dashboard

 The member dashboard is your central control center.  It is here that you can monitor or change the following items:

  • Change Program

  • Change fitness level

  • Change number of training days per week

  • Adjust Calorie level

  • change weight

  • Enter and/or change tape measurements

  • Enter and/or change caliper measurements for body fat

  • Enter one rep maxes for tracked exercises (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press)

  • Change email

  • Change password

  • Look up complete history for any given exercise
