Tutorial – Initial Registration

Completing the initial registration is a very straight-forward process that will help us better understand your primary goal and create your initial nutrition plan.

  • Please answer all questions honestly, we use this information to develop your plan.

  • Choose your fitness program based upon your primary goal.

  • If you have not been working out recently, we highly recommend that you begin in the Fitness program and switch to a different program after 2-6 weeks.

  • All beginners should start in the Fitness Program, Level I or Level II.

  • Fitness Level I is for anyone that has little to no exercise experience.

  • Your activity level is based upon your daily life & work, do not factor in your exercise.
