Tutorial – Workout & Training Section

This is where your workouts will be delivered and displayed each month.

  • Choose the appropriate day first

  • Choose the appropriate category second.  Some programs will only have one, but if there are multiple (ex: weight training & cardio), you will complete them all on the given day

  • Choose the current week third

  • Be sure to click on the week to enter into your training log

  • Always be sure to click save before leaving a screen
